Refund Policy & Withdrawal Instructions

1. Sealed products (security seal intact)
All Coresatin® products are delivered with a security seal on the lid. When removed, this seal leaves a permanent, visible residue (through tearing or colour-changing adhesive). As long as this seal is intact and residue-free, the product is considered sealed.
- Full 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to §§ 355, 356 BGB (see Withdrawal Instructions below)
- Period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) takes possession of the goods
- Full refund of the purchase price including standard shipping costs
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (see point 6)
2. Opened or used products (security seal damaged or missing)
If the security seal shows removal marks, is missing, or if there is adhesive residue on the lid, the product is considered unsealed.
- Excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g (2) No. 3 BGB (health and hygiene protection)
- Return or refund is not possible for hygiene reasons
- This limitation applies only to unused products. Defective or faulty products are not affected (see point 3).
3. Defective or faulty products / allergic reactions
- Full statutory warranty pursuant to §§ 433 ff. BGB (24 months)
- Free replacement or refund at the customer's choice
- Return shipping costs are borne by the seller
For claims due to an incompatibility reaction (skin irritation, allergic reaction, etc.), please provide the following information:
- Photo documentation of the reaction
- Batch number of the product used (visible on the outer packaging)
- Amount used and application period
This information is required so that we can carry out the legally required cosmetovigilance notification to our EU Responsible Person MedNet EC-REP GmbH (Borkstraße 10, 48163 Münster) pursuant to Art. 23 of Regulation (EC) 1223/2009. Processing of your complaint cannot be completed without this information. The notification does not replace prior consultation with a doctor or pharmacist.
4. Recommended return procedure
For prompt and transparent processing, we recommend that you notify us of your withdrawal by email to info@coresatin.com before returning the goods. We will then send you a return number (RMA) and the return slip. Returns received without prior notification will also be processed within statutory deadlines; however, tracking of your complaint may be more difficult and processing may be delayed up to the statutory maximum period.
5. Compensation for loss of value on return
Even with an intact security seal, the following circumstances may justify compensation for loss of value pursuant to § 357a (2) BGB, which will be deducted from the refund:
- Damage to the outer packaging (dented, torn, crushed)
- Missing package insert or missing instructions for use
- Removed, illegible or damaged batch number labelling
6. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and are expected to range — depending on the destination country — between €5.90 and €17.90. Returns must be shipped insured and with tracking. We may refuse the refund until (a) the goods have been received by us or (b) you have provided proof of return — whichever is earlier. Only the tracking number of a commercial carrier (DHL, UPS, DPD, Hermes, etc.) is accepted as proof. Photo evidence or self-delivery statements are not accepted as proof.
7. Abuse of the right of withdrawal
In case of reasonable suspicion of abusive or serial exercise of the right of withdrawal, we reserve the right to refuse future orders. In particular, the following is considered abuse:
- Multiple withdrawals of the same products within 12 months
- Returns showing signs of commercial use or intent to resell
- Orders in quantities beyond normal household use
This rule does not affect the statutory right of withdrawal for orders already placed.

Withdrawal Instructions
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last goods. In the case of partial deliveries, the period begins upon receipt of the last shipment.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not required.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at www.coresatin.shop/pages/withdrawal. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without undue delay, containing information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for this refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. Only the tracking number of a commercial carrier is accepted as proof.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract to:

The period is complied with if you send the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. These are expected to range between €5.90 and €17.90 depending on the destination country. Returns must be shipped insured and with tracking.
You need only pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of them not necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Loss of value may in particular arise from damaged outer packaging, missing package insert or damaged batch number labelling.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist or expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g (2) No. 3 BGB). This applies to all Coresatin® cosmetic products. Our products are delivered with a visible security seal on the lid that leaves a permanent residue when removed. As soon as this seal shows removal marks, has been removed, or is missing, return is excluded.
